How long will it take to receive my order? 

Most of my earrings are made to order. I will try and get your earrings to you as quickly as possible but since these are handmade, there may be slight variations or imperfections, but they are one of a kind and made with lots of love! Please allow 5-8 business days for me to complete and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (I have no guarantee over shipping times). I promise I will get them to you as soon as possible ♥️

 

What are your products made out of?

Everything is made out of polymer clay. After the clay is baked, I hand paint with acrylic paint and seal with UV resin. 

 

What are your hardware options?

I use gold plated hardware that is lead and nickel safe. I do have silver hardware options as well and will do my best to create what you want! Everything is hypoallergenic.

 

Can I place a preorder for cowboy chickens? 

I am not currently accepting preorders at this time. These cowboy chickens take a lot of time and due to the popularity/rate at which I can produce them, I found it's mutually beneficial for me and my customers to allow everyone a fair shot at the same time. I understand this can be frustrating but each piece is handmade and I'm not able to mass produce on a scale necessary for preorders. 

 

What's the best way to take care of my earrings?

I use resin to give the earrings a nice glossy finish and also to make them sturdier. Even though polymer clay is pretty durable and the resin helps make them stronger, these earrings should be handled with care and stored in a cool and dry place! They are not waterproof but you can use a wet wipe or cloth to clean them if they get dirty. I find that using a microfiber cloth works best to remove any smudges.

 

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to get the situation sorted out for you.
