Processing Time

Most of my earrings are made to order and will take 5-8 business days to complete. It's just me  behind this small business so I appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!

Shipping

Lovely Little Uglies ships domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location but usually takes 3-5 business days and longer for international (I have no guarantee over shipping times).

Once a package is shipped, it is your responsibility to track the product. If there is an issue with the shipping please know that you are responsible for contacting USPS to file a claim. After the package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. I do not replace or refund lost in the mail.

Lost packages will not be replaced or refunded. 

Packages delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced or refunded. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact me within 24 hours with the address change. I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
